International Coastal Clean-up Day with Trek & Dive

Recently, we joined forces with the local government of Cordova to participate in the International Coastal Cleanup Day. This annual event aims to raise awareness about marine pollution and encourage individuals to take action to protect our oceans.

Our mission was to remove debris, such as plastic bottles, fishing lines, and other harmful materials, that pose a threat to marine life. As we gear up for our dive, we can already see the impact of pollution. Some plastics are seen floating in the surface. As we descend underwater, we were saddened to witness the negative impact of human activities on the ocean ecosystem.

This clean up dive is a little work we can do, but documenting this kind of activity, we hope that we are able to inspire each and everyone of us to do our part to save our beloved nature.

Every small step counts. By actively participating in underwater clean-ups, we can collectively make a significant impact on the health of our marine ecosystems. Let's dive for a cause and create a cleaner, healthier ocean for future generations.
